Hotclutch
The header and footer items were made modular and not installed by default. Go to Admin - Modules - content. Click on install module in the top right hand corner, then select Logo. You will see the other items available to install there as well.

So if you are still here ? What are you waiting for ?! Find the most frequent unique errors to fix: grep "PHP" php_error_log.txt | sed "s/^.* PHP/PHP/g" |grep "line" |sort | uniq -c | sort -r > counterrors.txt
tomke
@@bruyndoncx ok You also need to install other components such as the logo, breadcrumb, footer boxes, side column boxes and so on. Admin > Modules > Boxes > {install} AND Admin > Modules > Content > {install}. Boxes and Modules can be sorted using the sort order, lowest is displayed first. Okay there you see whose able to read ist faster at work. have a nice day
