Mikepo
HI, can anyone tell me what the purpose of "Use search-engine safe urls" in Osc? (to prevent search engines indexing pages ?) should this be set to true or false? I'm running Osc 2.3.4, and upgrading to bootstrap gold, so was wondering which setting is best, or preferred. Jack_mcs
It's a way to rewrite the url's. As far as I know, the option works correctly (it didn't in previous versions) but I don't recommend using it due to how they are formatted. If you want to rewrite the url's, you should install Ultimate SEO or SEO 5. I recommend the former. Otherwise you can just use the url's as they come.
