visionsafe Posted May 12, 2015 Share Posted May 12, 2015 Hi there, We recently transferred our site newcastlehats.com.au to another hosting company and everything seems to be working fine with the site, except we are unable to login... Normally we would login via: [ removed ] but the page no longer loads. I'm not very familiar with oscommerce as we recently bought this business and don't have contact with the developer, so does anyone have any ideas what might be causing the login issue, or where the best place to look would be? If the owners have enabled admin/.htaccess password protection, you'll need to change the address listed in the file before it will load properly. Could be the problem, or could not! I have edited your post to remove your admin page URL, it is madness to post it publically.
