Colour as a listing attribute and prices that update according to silver

Is there any way to add colour as a listing attribute like price, name, model, manufacturer etc?

 

Also is there a way to have prices updating according to silver price? Also prices calculated automatically by the weight maybe (I managed to add weight attribute)?
