mysqli_real_escape_string() expects parameter 1 to be mysqli, and unable to access the admin panel

Hello,

I just purchased the "TechnoStore" Oscommerce theme and it is NOT working properly, I am unable to access the admin panel and I  here's what is displaying at the very bottom of the website right below the footer:

You should probably go back to the vendor you've purchased the theme from.

 

Or simply use google.... Try something like : oscommerce Warning: mysqli_real_escape_string

 

I'd bet you'll find a whole host of answers to your issue.

Thanks for the quick response! I have already tried reaching out to the vendor and have gotten no response, thanks for the tip! Will try that next and in the meantime if someone else has a fix for this please add it to this thread.
