Error: The E-Mail Address was not found in our records, please try again. 2.3.4 bs

Hi

 

on fresh install of 2.3.4. bs I have problem with my old test account which I copy from old install (rca2)

 

I request new password get a email then click on link and receive following message:

 

Error: The E-Mail Address was not found in our records, please try again.

 

When I open new account and do same is working correctly.

 

I did check tables and all looks OK my email is in.

 

When I copy tables from old install I didn't just copy or replace I did have sure structure is same and copy only info which is in 2.3.4 version.

 

 

I read some old topics related to fwr security pro but this install do not have security pro ? or have?

 

I did do as is in this topic http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/tracker/issue-314-malformed-url-issue/

 

and still nothing.

 

I did check action_recorder in tables and showing I was requesting reset password and in success showing 1 but in customers table where is password nothing change.

 

Some ideas?

I did found something when I go to admin side of shop and trying look on customers it show me all customers names but when trying enter any of them showing blank info only my last new test account working, its look like I dint do good work transferring tables...

 

Look like I dint copy customer_info table yet....

Solved....

I did forget about this table customer_info or I just ignored it as names was showing in admin but I dint check if they working at all.

Lesson learn double check before post something...

 

I wonder did I should give myself a like or kick my butt.
