wineman1960 Posted April 8, 2015 Posted April 8, 2015 One of our unused mail account was hacked - and thanks to that our server were blacklisted. Now we are de-listed but it still take some time until it start to work. A lot of our customers try to get a new password since they have forget the old one - and specially gmail owners do not get it due to this blacklist problem. Is there a way to send manually a new password from admin or from MySQL a new password to customer ? Greetings, Kari
Mort-lemur Posted April 8, 2015 Posted April 8, 2015 sometimes I need to manually send new passwords in these cases I log in as the customer (using a master password - search the mods section) change the password, then email them to tell them the new password. a bit long winded but it works Now running on a fully modded, Mobile Friendly 2.3.4 Store with the Excellent MTS installed - See my profile for the mods installed ..... So much thanks for all the help given along the way by forum members.
♥bruyndoncx Posted April 8, 2015 Posted April 8, 2015 same here KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON I do not use the responsive bootstrap version since i coded my responsive version earlier, but i have bought every 28d of code package to support burts effort and keep this forum alive (albeit more like on life support). So if you are still here ? What are you waiting for ?! Find the most frequent unique errors to fix: grep "PHP" php_error_log.txt | sed "s/^.* PHP/PHP/g" |grep "line" |sort | uniq -c | sort -r > counterrors.txt
