Changed host providers, now can't log in

I am using Ver. 2.3.3.4

The host provider I was using went out of business and had to change to a new one.  Now I can't log in.  I logged in with Cpanel and installed the back up of the store and the SQL database to the new server.  I noticed that the database name has changed a bit with the new host.  I tried changing the user name and password to the SQL but it is still looking for the old named database.  It takes me to an Internal Server Error page.  I assume that the login info is also in the SQL.  I searched the forums but found no refference to this.  Some were close but provided no insite.

Thanks,

Bob

It could be that the entries in the includes/configure.php and admin/includes/configure.php files are no longer correct. If you have an .htaccess file for protection in admin, its path will probably be wrong. If you have settings in the database, like for cache, they will probably be wrong. In short, there is a lot to change when changing servers. You can't just restore the backup and have it work, at least not normally. I suggest asking your host for the valid database login. They really should have set this up for you, in my opinion.
