Normally my site is VERY busy and I would have expected numerous orders by now but have rec'd none! When I check Who's online I have seen customers at the 'paypal express module' but no completed orders rec'd I have just looked again and seen this: I only have the paypal express module set up - no others, so why is this message appearing, also numerous other customers are on the paypal module - but not going any further I have gone through checkout myself and it seems okay. zefeena Posted April 6, 2015 Author Share Posted April 6, 2015 Got my partner to check from a different IP address, it goes through to paypal, once paypal email and password is put in, it returns to the website and empties the basket. It does not take payment and does not log the order. If the customer logs back into my site, the contents of the basket are still there. I am very worried about this as numerous people have got to checkout and as it returned to my website and showed basket as emptied they will think they have placed their orders. Express checkout dosnt work. http://www.oscommerce.com/_&PayPalApp osCommerce based shop owner with minimal design and focused on background works. When the less is more.Email managment with tracking pixel, package managment for shipping, stock management, warehouse managment with bar code reader, parcel shops management on 3000 pickup points without local store. zefeena Posted April 6, 2015 Author Share Posted April 6, 2015 I have just done the update to the latest install. Why is the paypal module in if it doesn't work? I am on a very slow connection, it took over 14 hours at the computer to do the update and these 'app' has a 77 page manual, I am very concerned if I install it it will be no better! Why is it that the payments went through perfectly for me (using my sons paypal account to pay), but other people cannot pay. Could it be a setting in paypal?
