Removing an Undeletable Top Admin

I recently had a site migrated to my own host and took control of the entire site.

 

The previous administrator seems to have written in access for Top Administrator that cannot be deleted.  The previous site's owner was set as Top Admin and I was able to delete him.  But, no dice on the previous administrator.

 

I have changed the name and the email address.  I'm not sure where passwords are set in the admin panel.

 

OSCommerce is entirely new to me so this will be a steep curve.  I've used Ecommerce Templates on a prior site and know it but no dice on OSC.

 

So, any ideas on how to get that password changed or be sure they are entirely removed?

In a standard install, there's an option Administrators under Configuration in the menu of the admin panel.

 

If it's not there, it's probably just the menu that's been edited, try typing the name of the page in directly: go into the admin panel and overtype index.php with administrators.php in the address bar.
