upgrade from old version

So I decided to rebuild an old dormant site that I had a few  years back, I noticed that a lot of the file structure had changed, for an example I used  to place images In the shipping cart section of the mail pageby editing the Column_right.php file, I see this file is no longer.. Is there a reference anywhere that lists the old location and new location of files?.. in short what do I edit so put the images back:)

If you want to add anything to the columns, you now add it as a "box" , take a look at "basics for 2.3 design".
