Prepay only

Is there no way to run a shop with only option to pay as prepay?

As it is now, no orders are shown in "box orders" of admin unless there are authorized as Authorize.net or Sage Pay.

I will only accept prepaid orders, either by bank transfers or by "Mobilepay" or "Swipp" which is both ways of paying instantly by Cell phone. An sms will tell me that money has arrived and I can ship the order. But I will have to gues which order number it was.
