rockyroger Posted March 7, 2015 Posted March 7, 2015 Help! I recently had a hack in my email host server, which olso host my OsCommerce site and needed to change my password. I was able to change my OsCommerce password via FTP, and my webshop is still available. However, I am no longer able to login as admin. I use the new password, and my old username, but keep getting a message saying wrong username or password. Does anyone have smiliar experience -and found a solution? Roger

When the less is more.Email managment with tracking pixel, package managment for shipping, stock management, warehouse managment with bar code reader, parcel shops management on 3000 pickup points without local store.
Bob Terveuren Posted March 7, 2015 Posted March 7, 2015 Get into cPanel -> phpmyadmin and truncate the administrators table - go to http://yoursite/admin and you should be able to setup a new user/password

Roger Did you change the password to access your host, or to osCommerce? If the former, try using your old username and old password to access the admin part of osC. Otherwise, try what @@Bob Terveuren suggested. Malcolm
