Guest Posted April 7, 2003 Share Posted April 7, 2003 Not sure what the right word is to use, but I was asked by someone what "snapshot" am I using. I don't know what to tell them, because I did not download and install this myself. The installation was provided to me by my Cpanel with my hosting company. I just had to click on "Install OSCommerce" and it did the rest. How can I tell what I am running so that I can get more detailed help and support?
