Problems Zone Rates not getting saved

I have changed /shipping/zones.php

 

$this->num_zones = 8;

 

To "8".

 

When I go into the Admin and click Zone Rates (it's green), the panel on the right says:

 

Zone based Rates

 

Enable Zones Method

True

 

 

 

Zone 1 Countries

DK

 

Zone 1 Shipping table

0-1:41,1-5:45,5-10:55.5,10-15:81,15-20:89,20-99:200

 

(and then a lot of free space)

 

If I Edit, I only get text for the first zone. I also get a text field under Enable: true/false, with no heading.

 

If I enter information in the other 7 zones and clock Update, nothing happens.

 

Where is this information (not) saved?
