Features i would really appreciate are FAQ-management on a product basis. The customer wouldnt have to read the whole and maybe very general FAQ - but a link in the Product-info would be generated that opens a pop-up window where only important questions regarding the currently visited product are answered. Beyond that a general FAQ must also be manageble by such a tool - so it rather is a FAQ-System... Or is something like that already available ? Anyone here who has the skills to programm someting like that (i aint unfortunately :( ) ?? I'd need such a contribution because my products sometimes are very similiar and sometimes very different so a lot of FAQs need to be answered....
