Is there a way to add a 3% Fee charge to all Pay Pal orders only?

That would be against PayPal's terms and would get your account nuked if they caught you. Still want to do it?

So if I chose to use Pay Pal as a form of payment, I have to take a 3% loss of profit then or loose my "Pay Pal" account?

Unless you are a UK national, and then it is 100% legal, and Paypal can do zero about it. Likewise for all othe other payment processors :)

Your prices should include a markup of 3.1% as it is part of the cost of the product.

If the product sells for $100 then PayPal will take $3 so you will receive $97. Therefore you need to markup the price about 0.031 or 1.031 to break even on the transaction fee from PayPal. 3divided by 97= 3.09%

Someone with the time could make a contribution that would calculate the fees for a purchase through ANY payment gateway and add it as the handling fee. It is ok with PayPal to pass an additional fee through a handling fee to cover your expenses

Just marking up your prices is the BEST method. Why would you want to penalize your customers for their choice of payment method????

Visa/Mastercard regulations require that you charge exactly the same price for an item no matter how the customer is paying (which is why offering a discount for other payment methods wouldn't work either).
