For instance, if he ordered 4 items of the same product, and only want 3. Then I want to give him the possibility to either delete the whole order, or change the order. Is this possible some way? It's just against these forums rules (and just plain rude) to do it here. You should both re-read the GPL license. The add-on is GPL'ed too as it makes use of osCommerce code. You can sell / copyright it etc. but as soon as someone buys it he/she has every right to distribute it for free. The source code is and remains under the GPL - whatever you do. May I add my dream list to that: -this contribution should support multi lingual sites (currently some contributions do not), - the cancel/modification should depend on some order's state (so potentially if the order has been sent it can not be canceled or modified, for instance), - at least before modifying it, the customer may get an invoice from its order him/herself without begging for Thank you for your attention. Part of what has made this community so wonderful was the spirit of cooperation, the feeling that one could ask for help and receive it without having to worry about mandatory compensation. A thank you gift is of course greatly appreciated but not demanded. 100's....no 1,000's of hours are voluteered freely to help get people started with OSC. Contributions are churned out by the 100's, all in an effort to improve the basic script. We have people from all over the world working together in a community that has created what is the best shopping cart available anywhere, at any price. The freedom to add to, change, completely rewrite, or use as is has only been acheived in open source. To continue we cannot break down into little factions, we must stay together. I am disappointed by the flagrant disregard for the forum rules. I am shocked by behavior of people that claimed to have wanted to be a Believer. I am saddened by gross disregard of the spirit of the GPL. I am depressed by the behavior of people I thought of as colleagues and freinds. I feel as though I have been lied to and used. I freely and without conditions gave my help. What did I receive when I asked for the same treatment? A broken promise, an offer that came with conditions that were not free afterall. I have been betrayed.......my trust is gone.......I now have doubts.....If I have help this next person, are they going to treat me badly after I have helped them? I have already been stomped on by a couple of people via PM, which to me is even a more offensive violation than what occured here. things must change and i am speaking with various team members on doing something about it we all come here to contribute, and sometimes people make mistakes, but... We are using this software in order to side step the commercial offerings that some of us just can't afford. Then some of you just want to make a buck and not furthur the development of this free software. We should be trying to make a buck on our stores and not on the ones that help us set them up and help us trouble shoot our problems. Keep things FREE! Thank you Kim.
