cma01 Posted April 2, 2003 Share Posted April 2, 2003 I have my site almost ready to go; however, I have a problem with the taxes. I enter the products for a certain price in the catalog. Then when I go the the website, it displays as the price plus the sales tax. When I do a test order, it will give the Price+sales tax as the price and then calculates the state sales tax on top of that. Did I mess up a setting somewhere? Also, second question, on the Address Book feature, is there a way to add a phone number field and make it required for recipients if it is a gift? For example, Buyer A registers (listing his phone number in the registration). He orders, I have his phone number for the Fed Ex Shipment. Then he decides to buy something for Friend B and adds Friend to his address book. The problem is I don't have a phone number for Friend B for Fed Ex. Any suggestions for me?
