Sometimes, I update the order status and I do need to comment something to the customer, in the same e-mail OSC sends to him with the order status. If I need to do it, I need to click on the customers email and send him a separate e-mail to say whatever I need to say. It would be cool if this could be done in the same e-mail, the one with the order status update. Can this be done? I suposse it is easy, but I have no idea where to start... I DONT want the customer to see the comments - unbless I check "notify customer" That seems the best choice.. Seems like if you are going to send them an email then it's ok to post it into their Order History..
