PayPal Payments Standard v3 for 2.3.3.4

Problem - the new PayPal Payments Standard v3 has the wrong file for the english (includes/languages/english/modules/payment/paypal_standard.php). paypal_standard.php file is the same as inclludes/modules/payment/paypal_standard.php. Need currect language file.
