radiogearpro Posted April 2, 2014 Posted April 2, 2014 Suddenly, the PayPal express checkout button is not working. When my customer pressed it, it simply say "Waiting for mycompany.com". And then after about 5 minutes, it simply return to my company website saying "ERROR:" text. Has anyone come across this? How to fix it? Thank you. Quote
ozEworks Posted April 4, 2014 Posted April 4, 2014 No I have not seen it before. But it sounds like you are saying that it is actually on the PayPal site when you see the message "waiting for ...". Is that correct? If so you might want to contact PayPal support. Quote
