Problems adding 2 different taxes

hi there

 

I have different kinds of products that have either 10 or 20% tax.

 

but by adding these OSC makes horrible adding mistakes.

 

I have a dezember 2002 snapshot and tuned it quite a bit, still this should be solvable in some way

 

anybody had the same experienc, any answers pleez??

Maybe make the new tax class and apply them to the products.

 

Not sure if i remember but:

 

Go to you admin then to Locations / Taxes, Tax Zones make a new zone.

Then go to Tax Classes and add the new tax description.

Then go to Tax Rates and create a new tax rate.

but this is exactly how I did it :(

 

has anybody found this being a bug of OSC or has it anything to do with the following contributions:

 

graduated prices

quick order update

 

please any help is greatly appreciated, now we print our official invoices in word, grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :(
