ALynn Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 Is there any way to test customer accounts for log on access? I have a couple customers who say they cannot logon. One said it was a formating issue for the birthdate field. And other says it is a password issue. Once the oscommerce sytem has their email associated with one account, they cannot create another account with that email address. Can we test these accounts? I do not think we can since we do not know or want to know their passwords. Should we just delete these accounts and have the customer recreate the account? Any advice/information on this topic would be great. thanks.
