naschell81 Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 I am in the process of uploading new products to my webpage. After I got the latest batch done. I went to test to see how everything looks. Unfortunately when I clicked on the drop down menu on any of the links below and I am greeted with the attached image. Also I checked it on another computer and the same thing happened. It's only happening to the links I below. http://commissionedcredentials.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=114 http://commissionedcredentials.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=113 http://commissionedcredentials.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=112 http://commissionedcredentials.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=111 http://commissionedcredentials.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=110 http://commissionedcredentials.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=109 Needles to say I am frustrated. On top of this when I contacted the web host company at first they told me I needed to "clear the browser cache and try again" Thinking this was silly since I tried it on two different computers I tried it and surprise it didn't work. Now they are saying its a configuration problem in your cart, you have set the drop down menus to an email address: http://commissionedcredentials.com/store/[email protected] I don't recall doing that so how do I fix that? Also when I click on the Administrators tab under configurations in the osCommerce client it shows the following: Additional Protection With htaccess/htpasswd This osCommerce Online Merchant Administration Tool installation is not additionally secured through htaccess/htpasswd means. Enabling the htaccess/htpasswd security layer will automatically store administrator username and passwords in a htpasswd file when updating administrator password records. Please note, if this additional security layer is enabled and you can no longer access the Administration Tool, please make the following changes and consult your hosting provider to enable htaccess/htpasswd protection: 1. Edit this file: /home/qrgxkhuc/public_html/store/admin/.htaccess Remove the following lines if they exist: ##### OSCOMMERCE ADMIN PROTECTION - BEGIN ##### AuthType Basic AuthName "osCommerce Online Merchant Administration Tool" AuthUserFile /home/qrgxkhuc/public_html/store/admin/.htpasswd_oscommerce Require valid-user ##### OSCOMMERCE ADMIN PROTECTION - END ##### 2. Delete this file: /home/qrgxkhuc/public_html/store/admin/.htpasswd_oscommerce I can't find the file at all.
♥kymation Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 The pulldown lists Product Attributes. I have no idea why you would put an email address in there, but apparently you did. Log into your Admin, then go to Catalog >> Products Attributes and fix that. If you're missing a file, go to the osCommerce package you downloaded, find the file, and upload it to the correct location on your server. naschell81 Posted February 1, 2014 Author Posted February 1, 2014 Alright I fixed the file issue, that was simple enough. However I'm not seeing any kind of option to set an email address for the drop down menu's
naschell81 Posted February 1, 2014 Author Posted February 1, 2014 I figured it out. I had missed a bit coding in the item description, and since I was stupid and didn't proof read it I copied and pasted the same mistake between the pages that had the error. I cought it when I uploaded another product to see if I could figure out what was wrong.
