Half of the template installed only

Hi There,

 

I purchased a template from template monster and have installed it onto my host and it's up and running but half the template is missing.

 

The template only has the bottom half (which is the items, there is no store logo (which i have also installed to see if that would make a difference it didn't)

 

Is this normal? and i have to add the other items? Or something gone wrong?

We cannot support various Third Party template offerings here, because they have proprietary code and have often massively changed the osC code. All we can support in this forum is standard vanilla osCommerce. Sorry.
