Oza Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 Sometimes I get emails from customers who can't log it. Apparently it asks for email and password but keeps coming back to the same page and does not log in without any error. Any ideas what could cause this ?

Its this sort of information that will make getting to the bottom of the problem so much easier. REMEMBER BACKUP, BACKUP AND BACKUP

The Version is 2.2 RC2a but it has been modified for php 5.3. Apparently setting Recreate Sessions to False can help but I'm worried about problems with duplicate sessions being used by different customers if I do that.
