♥joli1811 Posted November 14, 2013 Posted November 14, 2013 [Addon] CKEditor With Image Upload for oscommerce-2.3.3.4. This addon allows you to upload images directly to the product description field , category .description field ( if using one of the headertags addons ) and extra pages if using one of the contributions. I am having problems uploading the package so code is first available here. Package includes ckeditor_4.2.2 Basic, Standard and Full ( choose which suits)+ plus kcfinder -2.51 All credit to original authors scchristie and JohnAtYM. Regards Joli ***IMPORTANT*** Please do not use to edit the Define Languages files there is a bug in the ckeditor which will break the language files To improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often.
♥joli1811 Posted June 7, 2014 Author Posted June 7, 2014 All credit to original authors scchristie and JohnAtYM.IMPORTANT SEO !! There is a problem using this way to add the ckeditor as it does add the fields to all the the seo boxes if you just generally add a html box to all description fields in your admin description fields. So there should be no html inserted in any seo description fields and the html boxes should not be seen in your admin as regards seo header tags reloaded or Header Tags SEO V 3.0 !!Example: Google lets you have 100 characters/letters ABC and you waste 20 - 30 with html chactors The answer is to install manually (a few posts below) the normal way I will update the install when I have the time Regards Joli To improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often.
♥joli1811 Posted June 7, 2014 Author Posted June 7, 2014 Hi all, Sorry for duplicate posts just testing the new feature MARK AS SOLVED only appeared this evening as result of forum updates Find it brilliant as far as I Understood it has to be your topic or the button will not appear on the right hand side (to the right of multi quote / quote etc but not sure !! Brand new feature (MARKED AS SOLVED) which has to go a long way to solving addon problems. Now I believe it has to be your topic to see but just testing so not quite sure yet brand new. Wonder who thought of that  Have fun Regards Joli To improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often.
