Don't know where to start

Hi

 

I'm installing OsCommerce to replace my current store. In order not to lose my customers, I'm using a temporary domain

 

I was installing OSC today, and I was very pleased and surprised how fast it installed until I went to open the page to see the next step was (Note: I had been following the steps on the documentation pdf, or at least I thought I was)

 

I got this error

 

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required 'includes/application.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/services/vux/lib/php') in /data/15/3/62/35/3225361/user/3600773/htdocs/index.php on line 13

 

I wonder what did I mess up. Please know that my server/database/etc knowledge is extremely limited

The include path seems to be wrong. I don't know what it should be since that is server-dependent so you will need to ask your host to look at it. Or, if your control panel offers the option of installing oscommerce, you can start over and do it from there with a few clicks.
