some users stuck on white pahe, checkout_shipping.php after payment page

hi i have launched an oscommerce site but a lot of customers get stuck on a white page after the payment page and the order doesnt come through on my end.

 

can someone help me with this please.

A "white screen of death" usually means that PHP had a fatal syntax error. Look around your site for various error logs -- your hosting control panel "Error Log", various files named "error_log" or something similar, etc. That will give you a clue as to the specific error and where it's happening. Then we can look at your code.

What (if any) changes have been made to the checkout_payment or checkout_confirmation page?
