mvanderhoff Posted October 30, 2013 Posted October 30, 2013 Using the standard osCommerce 2.3.1 template the website looks fine on every browser and mobile device except iPhone and iPad's. See attached image. Even when rotated it looks like this. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
MrPhil Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 If it wasn't a stupid operator mistake (you actually had to fix something), mind telling us what it was, so that others can learn from this?

It was actually a misguided error by a Google rep. We added Google AdWords Remarketing code to the website. When asked where the best place to put the code the Google Rep stated to place in the header, which we did correctly but noticed it caused issues with iOS and some versions of Google Chrome. Only found it by disabling Javascript then started from the top. In conclusion Google Remarketing code HAS to be placed in the footer of osCommerce!
MrPhil Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 Thank you. That could save someone some trouble in the future.
