Don't receive nor send e-mail oscommerce 2.3.3

i apologize if i wrote this topic in a wrong place.... but i have a problem... i cant receive any email from my customers and i cant send them any email.. but in my admin area, i can see in box tools action record that some people have been sent me email... i see the subject but cant read the mail...
