OldBuickParts Posted October 25, 2013 Posted October 25, 2013 For whatever reason, we have lost all formatting. No buttons, no bar between top and middle. And all the boxes show up below the middle boxes. This happened after a restart from a hacked server. Take a look at www.buicknos.com. Any help would be appreciated. Running 3.2.2.3 Thanks
♥kymation Posted October 25, 2013 Posted October 25, 2013 Cute error message: The file or directory <b>/buicknos/ext/jquery/ui/redmond/jquery-ui-1.8.6.css</B> you are trying to access is restricted to those with level 8 clearance.<BR><BR> You obviously do not have that clearance here at www.oldbuickparts.com.<BR><BR> We have recorded your address and will report it to the proper department...if there is one.<BR><BR> That probably means that you have not set the correct permissions on some of your files. Talk to your host if you don't know what the correct settings are. Regards Jim See my profile for a list of my addons and ways to get support.
OldBuickParts Posted October 25, 2013 Author Posted October 25, 2013 Did you get that error message from just the base url www.buicknos.com? I do not get any error messages. I checked the permissions on that file and they are 644 identical to a working osc site. Thanks for you reply.
♥kymation Posted October 25, 2013 Posted October 25, 2013 No, I used View Source in Firefox and clicked on the file link in the head section of the page. Your layout problem is typical of missing/inaccessible Javascript files, and that's what I found. Regards Jim See my profile for a list of my addons and ways to get support.
OldBuickParts Posted October 25, 2013 Author Posted October 25, 2013 Jim, Thanks so much. That was the problem. I probably over permissioned some of the file/directories but at least the site is usable. Thanks again. Regards, Jeff
♥kymation Posted October 25, 2013 Posted October 25, 2013 You're welcome. Beware of setting the permissions too high, as you may be opening more security holes that will get you hacked again. I also recommend that you update your site to the latest osC version to close all of the known security holes. Regards Jim See my profile for a list of my addons and ways to get support.
