2.3 easy populate issues

I am using osc 2.3 and i am following the easy populate instructions to import products with attributes like size and color but its simply now showing up on the store when i import the csv file

 

* I will literally pay someone to fix this for me for a small fee (thats how frustrated i am with it ..after HOURS and HOURS! please!

That is usually because the columns are not setup in the EP file. I suggest adding an attribute to a product, if you do not already have one, and then download that file. You can then alter the module number and category name and upload it. If it doesn't work, then something is wrong with your installation.
