interpetr Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 I run www.myfootballteam.eu on osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2 RC2a and have very frustating issue with shopping cart. Some of items added to shopping cart do not show up but multiply previous item, always the very last one, but it happens very randomly. I was told it could be browser issue but it keeps happening on any browser, any PC. It is very frustrating now. Any help is very appreciated Petr
Guest Posted October 25, 2013 Posted October 25, 2013 Hi Petr I couldn't duplicate your problem, I know it happens randomly, browser issue huh, that is funny... No it sounds like a problem with the product id in the database, you into your database and browse your product table, and look for misconfigurations. That is the best I can tell you, what add-ons have you installed?
media spot Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 Hey ! I'm a novice with this and have the oscart system installed for my site. I had to reload a new version cause i was having trouble with the last one doubling prices. Now the new load is not giving us a active working download link. But everything else is working ok. I deleted the last version i had so i cannot go back to that, because if i was able to, i could use that since i figured out what i did wrong to make the cart double the price (NOTE: you cannot put a price in the product description and the product attributes too.or it doubles price weh checking out !!! How do i set the cart for downloads after the customer pays for the product ?
