upgrade to 2.3.3.3

hello support,

 

 

i am working with upgrading our site to osc2.3.3.3

i have a few questions.

 

after upgrading i get this error

when going to admin -->tools --> security checks

here are some more questions.

 

1) i went here for upgrade info

and made new files from github code and carefully placed them correctly on the site. is there a different place where the new files are already available and i can just transfer them up??

 

2) i saw somewhere that hinted i should change my data base to utf-8, but i did not see that in any instructions on the library( did i miss them).

 

3) where do i find out what kind of database i have now, ( utf-8 or what?)

 

4) and lastly if i need to convert the database to utf-8 , can someone point me to a good guide.
