♥14steve14 Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 The support on this forum is given free by people. These people have a life, well most of them do anyway, and may have other things to do, rather than sit waiting for someone to have a problem with oscommerce. As the forum is worlwide, some may have even been asleep. Glad that you found the answer somewhere else and the problem has been sorted, but posting on a forum may not get you the immediate help you require. REMEMBER BACKUP, BACKUP AND BACKUP
burt Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 So, as a matter of common courtesy @@wasup what exactly was the solution to your problem...by posting the answer you might just help future users of osCommerce not to become as frustrated as yourself. Be aware that this forum runs on the goodwill of others like yourself - people who use (or want to use) osCommerce. If you abuse the users of this forum, you will soon realise that forum members bite back, and so they should.
