If you know a problem is related to an addon, you should ask for support in that addon's support thread. But, on general, an error like that specific to one of the url rewriters means there is a mistake in the .htaccess file.

As Jack said, sounds like the RewriteBase is wrong in your .htaccess file.

# This is used with Apache WebServers

# For this to work, you must include the parameter 'Options' to

# the AllowOverride configuration

# Example:

#

# <Directory "/usr/local/apache/htdocs">

# AllowOverride Options

# 'All' with also work. (This configuration is in the

# AcceptPathInfo On

# Fix certain PHP values

# (commented out by default to prevent errors occuring on certain

Shouldn't each RewriteRule be adding a Query String with $1 and $2 to the modified call? That's the only way you would get, say, the product ID into the resulting call, so product_info.php knows what product you're talking about. Is this the original .htaccess provided or updated by the add-on, or has it been modified?

The [QSA] flag is for transferring the original Query String (if any) to the resulting call, but won't transfer $1 and $2.
