Order that modules are processed

Hi, I have a problem, where I have a Shipping module which gives free postage for orders over $770, and I also have a quantity discount module, which processed after the postage module. So in short someone can order 100 items and get to $780 say, get free postage then Quantity discount takes it down but $40, which brings the total order under the $770.

Which they should be paying postage on the $740.

Is it possible to change the order of the order_total modules in which they are processed?
