codegirl Posted October 8, 2013 Posted October 8, 2013 My online shop http://www.americo.ca/shop/ has been up for 2 years (oscommerce 2.3.1). Recently, the email notifications for orders have been intermittent and in the last few days, none are being sent. After some more poking around I noticed the Forgot your password function is not sending and email either so there must be some problem with the sending of email. Does anyone have a clue as to what the problem may be? Any help is appreciated.
Guest Posted October 8, 2013 Posted October 8, 2013 Try to look in your error log file for errors after making a test order. If that`s not helps, just contact you hosting company and ask them why this is not working.
