No shipping cost at checkout

Recently an upgrade was done in php on the website and we have had a few bugs to work out. Last week we had customers saying they kept looping back to the payment page and we managed to fix that but now we do not see a shipping cost.

I have done numerous test at checkout selected either canada post or dicom our 2 shipping options but the shipping cost does not show.

Here is the code for our shipping. Any suggestions?

"Fast Easy Checkout". That's like "British Summer" or "Chocolate Teapot". Things that just don't work properly.

Get rid of all the FECing rubbish code for starters.

No shipping cost at checkout
