Shipping & Invoicing

Good morning,

I'd like to start doing e-commerce for my business, but due to the nature of the product having some type of automated shipping is nearly impossible. It's a heating supply company, so many of the parts can be large and not heavy; or something can nest. Is there a way to set up the cart program to not invoice directly, but to allow me to send an invoice manually - just have it make a total not including shipping and have me submit a final total later (likely through paypal invoicing).
