add update button

Hi, I want to add an "update" button when I'm editing or creating a new product. Basically it will do what the save button does, without taking me back to the catalog page. Just save and refresh the page. Any ideas?

Hi did you figure it out?

if not catalog/shopping_cart.php has one refresh button try to copy

. tep_draw_button(IMAGE_BUTTON_UPDATE, 'refresh')

into your admin/categories.php

I have never done it but it might work.

I just got the idea yesterday and I didn't have much time to try it out.

Thanks for the tip, I'll have a look but I don't think it will work to be honest.

 

My problem is that I'm using ajax attribute manager with qtpro, and in order to submit the attribute and the stock I have to get in the product twice

I've already installed it, but it looks quite different from what I see in his video. The functionality I have is very limited, so I might have missed something in the installation.

 

I don't know how it handles the stock with the different attributes, but I'll have a better look at his video and check again my installation.
