Have customer arange for there shipping.

Hello Readers, would anybody know if there is a way to give the customer the option to arange for shipping.

i have had people request that there shipping company deal with the product.

i do not think it would be to hard to modify a module for this.

but i thought one of you seasoned vets might have an idea?

or link ect......

thanks for the responce but no i was talking about a option in the catalog/checkout_shipping.php page where the buyer could chose a option to ship the product to him/her self with there own shipping company like puralator, fed ex, ect...

i have had this happen to me and thought it would be a nice feature.

You could adjust the Flat Rate or Store Pickup shipping modules by just renaming them in the inlcudes/languages/yourlanguage/modulename.php files (set price to 0.00 in Flat)

 

So customers could select that option, zero price
