Change background collor of infoBoxContents in catalog/checkout_confirmation.php

Hi there, the below problem has kept me thinking and struggling for some months now.

I just cannot get to change some part of an infoBoxContents background colour.

For some reason (I have) the background colour of this particular box needs a different background colour than it has from the stylesheet .infoBoxContents.

SO I changed it in the php file itself.

For some files (catalog/address_book_process.php) I could only change its background in another file (catalog/includes/modules/address_book_details.php) So I am wondering if this is also the case for this file

but I haven't figgured it out yet!

The background has changed by giving it the modification bgcolor="#ff9a40"> but not the whole part. Some places still have the original background, probably due to some tables?

Or information from other files, like payment, or shipping information.

If someone would have some indication, that would be nice.

You need to add the style in your style sheet.

Take the style for the .infoBox

.infoBox {
styles: here;
}

and copy and paste it in the style sheet and and give it a different name and add the background color to it

example

.infoBox_mystyle {
background: #ff9a40;
}

then add that to the html code

Thank you very much, I've never tried this before, it worked for 90%!! only the top table where the products are doesn't want to change.

But I will try again tomorrow when I have a fresh start. I do'nt know if this info comes from another page like in my announced case of the background from the adress book.

But since you helped me on track, I will probably find that out.

Dont forget that you also have a stylesheet in your ext/jquery/ui/redmond file which controls many items. I had to adjust in there to change the infobox background.

But I don't have an ext/jquery/ui/.... file, this is oscommerce RC2.2

And also I haven't solved my 10% left of the problem.

The top part of the page stil not right. This is where the articles from the shopping_cart get displayed.

But I won't give up offcourse.
