DicE
Hi, I seem to have a problem somewhere. I use the MS1 snapshot (first one, can't remember date). And when I make an order, it doesn't show up in my admin section. The checkout procedure works flawless, all emails are send. In the admin section, when I manually type in the order number, the order shows up, but I don't have the different status to select from. how do I configure this so I have the different statusses? Please help, it's urgent! _____.:::.________###__________|/______ :(o o): . (o o) (o o) ooO--(_)--Ooo-ooO--(_)--Ooo-ooO--(_)--Ooo-
Ajeh
Check your orders_status table and make sure you have the orders_status settings in there for Pending, Processing etc.
sailin
I'm having a similar problem where authorize.net is used. My order_status table is fine but the orders_total table is empty, although I have three orders in "orders". The CC works. While I was testing I bypassed authorize.net and used cash or check. That worked fine. See what's in your "orders_total" table. That will control what you see in admin. (I see 3 pending on the main console, but when I choose orders, there are 0). I'm just working through this today, so if I find anything useful, I'll post it!
DicE
thanks Linda! seems the problem wasn't the table itself, but rather the language modifications I had been doing. Al order status were linked to language_id 4 but the language I'm using is on id 1 ... al working fine now :P thanks again! _____.:::.________###__________|/______ :(o o): .
