Linking Existing Site

Hi

 

I'm just starting out in a company and I'm wondering if its possible to link OS-Commerce to an existing site stored locally? It was originaly created in OS-Commerce and I want to be able to change the layout of the site without disturbing the live site.

You could create a neew file on your server/host such as test or what ever and copy your site to this file. It may also pay to copy and rename the database so as your test site does not interfere with your actual site.
