Bypassing the "Welcome, please sign in page"?

Is it possible to go from "What's in my cart" --> Checkout directly to the "My account information" page, bypassing the "Welcome, please sign in page"?

Hi there

 

Have a look at the blurb I wrote here - that would be one way to do it - it's a lot of work and means there's never an account created.

 

The other option would be to redirect from the cart to create_account.php and not login.php and then edit create_account.php to display a 'Existing customers login here' link at the top of the page. New customers can then just add their details
