Heatherbell Posted September 14, 2013 Posted September 14, 2013 I hope someone can help us urgently. We cannot access or log in to the administration tool. This happened when we changed the session time out in admin/includes/sessions from 1440 to 14400. We do not know if this is a coincidence or not. We have changed the value back again but the problem persists. Many thanks

RMD27 Posted September 14, 2013 Posted September 14, 2013 Clearing the browser cache would be the first step. Also try another browser.
