Shipping Rates and Options not showing up for International Orders

Hello,

 

Oscommerce Online Merchant v2.3.1

 

The shipping rates and options are not showing up on the international orders. Domestic order are good.

 

Talked with UPS and USPS and everything is connected and linked properly.

 

Any suggestions/idea?

1. Check the Zone settings in both modules and remove if set.

2. Turn on all of the International options in both modules and test. Reduce options only after you have verified which ones are available.
